U.S DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time is 1-2 days. Orders will be shipped out Monday through Friday excluding US holidays. 

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and are typically delivered between 1 and 4 days (excluding Saturday & Sundays) from the time the order is shipped. Please note shipping times noted above are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery please select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight as your shipping method.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: Orders are charged a flat rate of $8. Please note shipping times noted above are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery please select UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight as your shipping method.

Next Day Delivery: We offer next day delivery to anywhere in the contiguous United States via UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Overnight (next day delivery may not be available in certain locations). Orders are received the following business day after they are shipped. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the package.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International clients are fully responsible for duty, taxes and any importation fees that may apply. If you are unsure of any duties, taxes or importation fees that may apply, please check with the destination country prior to placing your order. International shipping charges and any fees such as brokerage fees, duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers can choose from DHL or UPS Express shipping. Delivery options range from 3-7 days but could be longer for more remote areas. Deliveries may be delayed due to customs and additional security safeguards imposed by the destination country.


GENERAL

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@almabyrahma.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
